Biryani is a Indian and Pakistani originated dish that is very popular among both countries. It is made with many chilli peppers and special ingredients that are from Pakistan. Many people that like spicy food like Biryani because of the nice spices it has included in it. It will take about 45-50 miutes to prepare since you have to prepare rice and make the sauce before you add those two together. The reason this dish is so popular is because it takes a lot of time to make it and becuase it just tastes so different from all the other rice dishes that originate from Pakistani cultures.

Ingredients
- Boiled Basmati Rice
- 2 Tablespoon Minced Mint leaves
-Salt
-2 teaspoon coriander powder
-1 tablespoon garlic paste
-2 tablespoon tomato puree
-Thinly sliced white onion
-1 kilograms chicken thighs
-1 teaspoon chili powder
-1 tablespoon ginger paste
-4 sliced & slit green chilli
- Chopped tomatos
-2 teaspoon cumin seeds
-6 tablespoon refined oil

Instructions
Step 1: First, In order to marinate the chicken, take a large bowl, put Greek yogurt, chili powder along with salt in a small bowl then mix with chickene yogurt mixture is absorbed by the chicken.
Step 2: Meanwhile, Pour oil in a deep-bottomed pan. Add cumin seeds and green cardamom in it,add the sliced onion and fry for 3 minutes straight. When the onion starts to get brown in color, add tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Add green chilies to the mixture along with garlic paste. Next, add coriander powder and turn the flame to medium-low while stirring and cooking the masala; then add the marinated chicken.
Step 4: Turn the flame to medium again for about 5 minutes. Cover with a lid and let it cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring during the entire process.
Step 5: Once done, turn off the flame and add the boiled rice in the pan and tha sauce on top.
Step 6: Lastly, let the rice cook for about 5 minutes. Serve hot, along with raita or any yogurt you prefer.
